Trust
Many people have difficulty trusting themselves.Many people have reasons why. Most reasons are society related meaning they live outside of themselves on the voice of other people. Many people lack trust because they place their trust in people they have no business placing their trust in.Trust building comes from within and valuing your own truth. Learn to put trust within yourself and hold that trust bar high and do not lower it for anyone .
